Feinnr Community Guidelines Release Date • 2025-02-27
These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") are part of the Feinnr Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) and apply to all users of Feinnr's products and services ("Services"). By using Feinnr, you agree to comply with these Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination, as described below.
1. General Principles
- Feinnr is a platform for visualizing your goals, tracking progress, and generating AI-based images.
- We encourage creativity, positivity, and respectful interactions.
- All users must follow these Guidelines to keep Feinnr safe, lawful, and welcoming.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Content
You may:
- Share content you have created or have the rights to use.
- Use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless you have the necessary rights for commercial use.
- Upload photos of yourself or with the consent of the person in the image.
You may not:
Upload, generate, or share content that:
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexualized depictions of minors.
- Depicts graphic violence, gore, or promotes self-harm or suicide.
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status.
- Contains false or misleading information about real people, events, or medical/financial matters.
- Violates privacy rights, including uploading images of others without consent.
- Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activities.
3. AI-Generated Content Rules
- AI outputs are generated based on your inputs and may vary in accuracy.
- Do not use Feinnr-generated content:
- For identity verification or impersonation.
- In any way that violates these Guidelines or applicable law.
- We may block certain prompts, keywords, or outputs to comply with legal and safety requirements.
- If your uploaded photo contains identifiable facial features ("Face Data"), it will be processed solely to create your requested image and deleted within 24 hours after processing, unless you request earlier deletion.
4. User Conduct
- Do not engage in hacking, exploiting bugs, scraping data, reverse-engineering, or otherwise interfering with the Services.
- Do not attempt to bypass content filters or safety systems.
- Do not create multiple accounts to evade bans or exploit features.
- Do not use automation, bots, or scripts to generate content at a scale that disrupts the Service.
5. Enforcement
We may review and remove content that violates these Guidelines, the Terms of Use, or applicable law.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning with explanation of violation.
- Content removal without prior notice.
- Temporary suspension of account access.
- Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations.
We reserve the right to report illegal content or conduct to relevant authorities.
6. Reporting Violations
- You can report violations in-app via the "Report" function or by emailing contact@feinnr.com.
- Please include details and, if possible, screenshots or links to the violating content.
- We review all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with these Guidelines.
7. Appeals
- If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted in error, you may appeal by contacting us at contact@feinnr.com within 14 days of the enforcement action.
- Appeals will be reviewed by a separate moderation team, and the decision will be communicated via email.
8. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines to reflect service changes or new legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 7 days before taking effect.
