Feinnr Terms of Use

I. Basic Requirements for Using the Service

You must comply with this Agreement and all additional guidelines, policies, or rules we publish.
You must not misuse the Services (e.g., disrupt operations, exceed fair-use limits via automation, access by methods other than our documented interface).
You may use the Services only where lawful. We may suspend or stop Services for policy violations or suspected misconduct.
This Agreement grants only a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services; no intellectual-property rights or brand licenses are transferred.
We may send service announcements or administrative messages. Where allowed by law, you may opt out of non-essential communications.
You are responsible for all equipment and network charges incurred while using Feinnr.

II. Feinnr Account Use

Some features require a Feinnr account. Keep your credentials confidential.
Your account is personal; transfer, lending, sale, or licensing to others is prohibited without written consent.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Unless otherwise permitted, each legal or natural person may register only one account. Multiple accounts created with false credentials may be merged, limited, or banned.
We may limit, suspend, or block accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or lawful orders. We are not liable for resulting losses.

III. Subscriptions & Virtual Currency

1. Subscription Plans

Feinnr may offer optional paid subscriptions unlocking premium benefits (e.g., VIP posts, full novel access, advanced AI models, unlimited chats).
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Pricing: Prices are shown in-app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Payment: Charges are billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation.
Changes: We may change subscription features or prices; changes will be communicated in advance where required. Refunds are processed by the respective app store under its policies.

2. Coins & Recharge

Feinnr may sell or grant virtual currency ("Coins") for in-app use only. Coins have no real-world value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be modified or removed at our discretion.
Unauthorized sale or exchange of Coins is prohibited and may lead to account termination.

IV. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Account Deletion (or via the direct link provided in the Settings page).
Deletion is irreversible and will remove all personal data—including any stored photos, Face Data, and generated images—from our systems within 24 hours, except where retention is legally required.
No phone calls or emails are required to complete deletion.

V. Main Rights & Obligations of Both Parties

You may use Feinnr content only for non-commercial personal purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You must not create or disseminate harmful content, including: false information about real persons or events; discriminatory or hateful content; explicit sexual material; graphic violence; incitement to illegal activity; or other content prohibited by local law.
Prohibited technical behaviors include: removing AI watermarks/metadata; scraping or extracting data; disassembly, decompilation, or reverse-engineering; using outputs to train competing models without permission; or other actions harming Feinnr.
AI outputs are provided for reference only and should not be relied upon for automated decision-making unless explicitly indicated.
We endeavor to keep the Service operational but may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

VI. Intellectual Property & User Content

1. Ownership

All software, data, algorithms, and interface designs are owned by Feinnr or its licensors.
User-uploaded content remains owned by you or its original right-holder.

2. User License to Feinnr

By uploading or inputting content (e.g., prompts, images), you grant Feinnr and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, modify, translate, publish, and create derivative works solely for product operation, optimization, and—if you opt in—AI model training.
If the content you upload contains facial images ("Face Data"), we process it solely to generate your requested AI image(s), do not perform facial recognition or identity verification, and do not use Face Data for advertising, profiling, or model training without your explicit opt-in.
Uploaded photos and derived Face Data are stored securely and deleted within 24 hours after processing completes, unless you request earlier deletion.

3. Generated Content

You own your AI-generated outputs. You grant Feinnr a license to use such outputs for product operation, optimization, and—in case of opt-in—AI model training.
For commercial use of outputs, you must ensure no third-party IP is infringed.

VII. Protection of Minors

Minors must obtain guardian consent and use Feinnr under supervision.
Guardians should guide minors to protect personal information.
Minors and guardians bear legal liability for violations of law or these Terms.

VIII. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Feinnr is provided using commercially reasonable skill but without warranties beyond those expressly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

IX. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you reside outside such jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Singapore, unless local law provides otherwise.

X. Regional Supplements

1. California Privacy Notice (CPRA)

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If this changes, we will provide a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

2. EEA/UK GDPR Notice

Controller: FEINNR AI Inc. (contact in Section XII).
Lawful Bases: Contract, Legal Obligation, Legitimate Interests, and Consent (for marketing or AI image generation where applicable).
Transfers: We use SCCs and appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the EEA/UK.

3. Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA)

We do not collect biometric identifiers for identification.
If Face Data is deemed biometric information, we delete it at the earliest of (i) completion of the purpose, or (ii) within 24 hours after processing, as stated in these Terms.

XI. Amendments

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app pop-ups or notices at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
